    The customer who wishes to place an order must follow the following procedure:

    - The bank transaction number.

    - The list of ordered products.

    The preparation and shipping costs in metropolitan France are of an amount depending on the weight of the package.


    For all products, the order is prepared for departure from our warehouses within a maximum of 48 hours (subject to availability of stocks) from the confirmation by e-mail of your order. The average time between the placing of an order and its delivery is 2 to 3 working days in Metropolitan France and 4 to 8 days for other destinations.
