    Haven’t received an order confirmation email ?

    It’s possible that the message was redirected to your junk or spam folder—please take a moment to check there.

    If you still can’t find it, the issue might be due to a mistyped email address or an incomplete payment.

    Since our website doesn’t offer customer accounts to track orders, feel free to contact us directly via our contact form or by email at contact@amateis.fr. Please include your name, the date of the order, and the total amount so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

    To use a promo code, simply enter it in the designated field on the cart page (see image below), then click the 'Apply' button. The discount will automatically be reflected in your order total.

    General questions

    Duvillard protects your privacy. Your data is not sold to third parties. "Personal data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as described in the applicable data privacy laws.

    To receive our latest updates, please subscribe to our newsletter. We will send you all the information you need about our new collections. You can find a dedicated field at the bottom of the page to enter your email address.

    To unsubscribe, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters. If you wish to resubscribe and receive our information again, you can do so through the same method as before.

    Delivery

    Our delivery times are 2 to 3 days. These may be longer if you live outside of France.

    To track your order, use the tracking number sent to you by email. Simply enter it on the carrier's website (Mondial Relay, La Poste, Chronopost) to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.

    If you chose delivery via COLISSIMO or MONDIAL RELAY, your parcel may already be available at the pickup point even if the tracking has not yet been updated. In this case, we recommend going directly to the location and asking the staff to check if your parcel is being held in storage.

    Our current procedures do not allow for changes to the delivery address once your order has been confirmed.

    Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been confirmed. However, you do have a right of withdrawal, allowing you to return your products. For more information about this right, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Our shipping fees vary depending on the delivery method you choose. They are displayed at the time of checkout.

    We offer several delivery options to suit your needs :

    • Mondial Relay: from €3.90

    • Colissimo home delivery: from €4.90

    • Colissimo pickup point: from €4.90

    • Chronopost (express delivery): €12.90

    The good news? Delivery is free on orders over €100, regardless of the method chosen (excluding Chronopost).

    We deliver across Europe !

    For shipments to other regions of the world, this option is not yet available.

    If you wish to receive your order abroad, simply enter a delivery address located in the relevant country. The appropriate shipping methods will be automatically displayed during checkout.

    Returns

    We do not offer exchanges, but you can return the item. If the returned product complies with DUVILLARD's return procedure and meets the refund conditions, you will receive a full refund.

    Please contact our customer service at contact@amateis.fr we will create a return label at no cost so you can return the item, we will refund you, and you can reorder the correct size.

    Return due to sizing issue / Return due to a defective item

    Returns are covered entirely by the company. The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the shipment date marked on the return package falls within the 30-day window, you will be refunded even if we receive the item after that period.

    Return procedure

    Send an email to the following address: contact@amateis.fr, explaining the defect and including photos. We will then send you a return label.

    Use standard packaging or reuse the box in which you received the product.

    Include your invoice or your contact details (full name, order number, email address, and phone number).

    Returned items must be packed in their original packaging (plastic bag), with tags attached, and must not have been worn, used, or damaged (by the customer).

    REFUND

    Once the returned product has been inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your package.

    RETURN AND REFUND FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

    If you purchased an Aulp product from a physical store, other than our online shop, we will not be able to process your return or issue a refund, even in the case of a defective item.

    You will need to contact the store where you made your purchase to reach an agreement.

    Payment methods

    You can pay by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard). Additional fees for international payments may be applied by your bank.

    We also offer the option to pay in 3 installments with Klarna.

    Additionally, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available as payment methods.
